Pasture-Raised Pork
Our Tamworth and Berkshire pigs are a heritage breed, known for their hardiness and the ability to graze. They are kept outside year-round on rotating pastures, where they are allowed to do what pigs do best: dig up ground (sometimes in the vegetable garden when natural tilling is required), drink from a natural and clean water source, and enjoy lots of sunshine, which makes the meat darker and much more flavorful than store-bought pork. Our pigs are raised without the use of hormones, vaccines, chemicals and GMO products. Our pork is as natural and nutritious as it comes.

Free Range Broiler Chicken
We produce slow growth/Heritage broiler chickens. These birds are suited to outdoors, raised in small flocks, on pasture, with conditions supporting their natural behavior -- access to insects, grass, fresh water and locally-sourced grain. They mature as nature intends, with room to roam, and result in a flavorsome, versatile and healthy poultry product free of GMO, hormones and antibiotics.

grass-fed, free range beef
Our cows are strictly grass fed, meaning they forage and graze while being rotated over 5,000 acres of lush farmland, right here in the East Kootenay. Our Longhorn cross cattle are smaller than an Angus and produces leaner beef. The cattle have free access to clean water and shelter, and are raised without the use of hormones, vaccines, chemicals and GMO products. Our beef is as natural and nutritious as it comes.

Potatoes & GarlicOur farm is nestled in a region traditionally known for its good potato soil. Grown naturally, without the use of chemicals, our European heritage potato varieties are the perfect addition to our meat products. We also grow and sell fragrant garlic scapes and bulbs.
